Unhealthy lifestyle doubles stroke risk

An unhealthy
lifestyle more than doubles the risk for stroke, according to an analysis
of the EPIC—Norfolk cohort study.
The British
researches looked at the effects on stroke risk of four health behaviours — not
smoking, keeping physically active, moderating alcohol intake, and consuming
recommended amounts of fruit and vegetables....
